It took me 2 attempts at replays, the Oblivion Lost mod, and several hours into the game before it clicked. I thought it was too buggy, it felt sluggish to control and the levels were too contrived and linear. I never really “got” Stalker SHOC the first time I played it.
Stalker: Call of Pripyat is the best Stalker game yet.Īfter Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky I thought I’d pretty much burned out on all things to do with the Zone.
